Who Gets This?

I have so much appreciation…

For my body, for the ease that I be in in my body and in my skin.
For my breath
For my cat
For my wonderful parents and brother

I am in awe and love with my life…

The appreciation I have for my beautiful, beautiful apartment and the things I have.

For my cooking ability and the amazing meals I have, and my delicious fruit salads and my nuts parfait..that’s literally nuts.

I am so appreciative of the ease in my recovery and the mad appreciation that someday, I’ll be completely natural.

I am in deep appreciation at my presence and my awareness of the present moment, and I appreciate that I get to appreciate this moment and moment after moment in sublime Bliss and comfort and relaxation of my home.

And the unlimited amount of freedom that I actually have, even within the relatively seemingly small boundaries of my environment.

This is just so amazing, how I feel in this moment in my body and being acutely aware of my breath.. that is oh so satisfying and fulfilling.

And of the life that is potentially to be had, so fucking exciting!

And, by the way, the pleasure that I feel being in my body, is like I am high. The pleasure I feel in the mere aspect of being alive is completely and utterly surreal.
