Exhausted

August 2nd, 2026

I’ve been spending my days sleeping lots. I feel exhausted a lot of the time.

I just did a search on the effects of detoxing and it was confirmed that these feelings of tiredness and fatigue are common as the body adjusts and as it goes through the withdrawal of addictive substances.

My level of happiness and joy is intact however. I am constantly and continuously happy.

I find a lot of information on Reddit. I enjoy reading people’s discussions on varying topics of interest of mine. I don’t quite get Reddit completely given that you operate under an alias that is automatically given to you and it peeves me that I’m not figuring out how you can build community with like-minded people there and people that agree and resonate with your ideas. Like, is it just like a fling with people, you just talk a little and maybe find complete agreement on something yet never see them not hear from them ever again? Like how does it work?

And this is when I think about Facebook, because with Facebook, if you resonate with someone, you can add them as a friend.

I have benefited a lot from Facebook and Instagram over the past and they have been avenues for me to think deeper and aided me to come to the conclusions that I have come to.

I had skipped using these platforms (Instagram and Facebook) because I find that a whole lot of it is a waste of time.

But this is the world we live in. Everything is happening on there. And it makes it easy to communicate with people and perhaps also establish friendships.

But in a perfect world, this stuff doesn’t exist much because we are having discussions in person and going out together and doing things together as opposed to being such behind our phones and communicating digitally. This is far from ideal and needs to change. I want to have people next to me and by my side and doing things together. This whole virtual life of the matter just, actually, sucks. And sucks a lot.

So what am I to do?

At the end of the day, I can’t even bring myself to use these platforms at this point because they are heavy on the stimulus factor. And right now, I can’t handle this level of stimuli.

But, perhaps, ideally, in the near term future, is that I do get in them and start talking and communicating with people in any way, shape or form possible.

Ideally, in the near term future that I get it all completely together. From doing daily house cleaning (which I have been neglecting because of the exhaustion that I am on) and cooking (also neglecting) and going out grocery shopping and going for walks and going places and interacting with people while I’m at it.. being aware and respectful of boundaries.

So yeah, and spending a little bit of time on social media. Because, perhaps, it will prove to be rewarding. But I don’t want the reel life to take over real life.

I’m sure that when it comes down to it and the time is right that I will be exercising the best of what life has to offer. Because, that’s it, at the end of the day.. that’s what I’m looking for.. to live out the best that life has to offer.
To lead a full and complete life with lots of friends and sex and adventure and awesomeness. Camping and glamping, road trips and a whole lot of awesomeness. THAT is the destination. And I am to get into a vehicle that will get me there, no matter how ugly or pathetic this vehicle is… For getting in it is just temporary and I’m currently on barren land that I want to get out of.. and the avenue of transportation at this point seems to be these pathetic modes of transportation that includes the suchness of Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

There you have it, again, by discussing it with you, I have come up with the conclusion.. and that is to use them.. just to get to the destination that I want, for this is the current avenue of transportation. Ugly but necessary.

So, see y’all soon of Facebook, Instagram, Reddit and towards the finality of it, WhatsApp.

Haha

Buh Bye for now
